Relational Database To The Clouds?

In the January SoCal Code Camp’s session on Azure, Microsoft was saying that no – or little,  if any –  relational capabilities are planned for the SQL Data Services (SDS). It was also reiterated that the SQL Data Services is “NOT a SQL Server in the Cloud”. 

But the sustained clamor for the Relational capabilities for SDS is so strong that the call is not falling to deaf ears.
