I’m sure you have heard about ‘twitter’. You might have thought that Twitter is just another Social Network Service. Indeed, Twitter is just another Social Networking tool. But there’s more to it than what meets the eye.
Outside the realm of ‘social’, Twitter is a business tool. Twitter can actually be of value, business-wise. Business people can benefit from using Twitter once they wisely utilize its functions. Businesses can readily identify themselves with people in their niche. Interactions come natural in Twitter. Out of these interactions ‘Relationships’ start to build up.
